Yes, all our auto parts are in brand new condition

Are these radiators direct-fit replacements?

Unless otherwise stated, our radiators are direct replacements for the parts that came on your vehicle originally. They require no modification to install

What can I do if I can’t find the part I’m looking for?

Although we carry thousands of parts, we are not able to carry every part for every vehicle. If you are having difficulty locating a part, please contact us at worleydfo@gmail.com

Which courier you use?

Australia Post and Aramex Australia, we will choose the most suitable shipping method.Tracking number will be provided upon shipment

When will my order ship?

1-3 business days after order confirmation

How long for delivery?

Is there a warranty?

Yes. We guarantee the quality of the products for a period of 12 months from purchase date

Do you accept returns?

What if I want to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to worleydfo@gmail.com and we will deal with it immediately
